The invitation…

We invited enquiry team members to create their own version of an “Evaluation Mythical Beast”, to create an evaluation enquiry companion in whatever expression you feel comfortable with. Explore our teams gallery below….

Lorna Prescott’s Mythical Beast Gifted in Session 1

Inspired by Rachel Andrews simile that likened evaluation to a mythical beast and a world of unicorns, Lorna took on the challenge to envision and create her own evaluation mythical beast

Becky Timmins Mythical Beast Gifted in Session 2

Inspired by Lorna’s contribution Becky chose crochet to create her evaluation mythical beast companion. **

Baby Fluffly

Fluffy is an eagle crossed with a horse. Baby Fluffy isn’t sure what it wants to grow into. It’s power is to be able to make that decision for itself and not have to follow the norm! Fluffy has a beak and wings so they can fly, but also has four strong legs for them to run. They are unsure on the journey they should take and would like our help to get there… (Becky Timmins)

Trish & Dionne Mythical Beasts Gifted in Session 5

Our collection is growing. At our 5th enquiry session. Team members Dionne and Trish added to our collection.

Brave

Trish has upcycled left over fabrics to create her mythical beast and introduced “Brave” to the group by sharing a card with her mythical beast attributes that support Trish Evaluation Journey. Brave has a big head to hold lots of knowledge, many eyes to see things from different perspectives, big listening ears, long arms to hold the space, a small body to slip through the cracks in the system, and you cant see his big heart but it is there to help them to be brave
